A posthumous album of the late, great, and gifted #AmyWinehouse will be released Dec 6 titled Lioness: Hidden Treasures. Amy Winehouse ft. Nas “Like Smoke”
“Like Smoke” will be the lead single off of the posthumous, soon to be released, #AmyWinehouse album entitled “Lioness: Hidden Treasures.” The song features Queensbridge native lyricist…@Nas and was actually recorded in 2008 but will be released along with 11 other recordings from Winehouse when her album drops this Dec. 5th. The song itself is in line with “classic” Amy Winehouse, from the mood and feel of the song, to the story being told, and Nas adds unscripted flare with his delivery and wordplay. Amy Winehouse’s Third Album, “Lioness: Hidden Treasures” Coming in December
#AmyWinehouse will have her third album released “posthumously”. I know that’s a morbid term, but keeping in spirit with the late singers great talent, we at #Ohm would like to continue to celebrate all the positive things that she accomplished while she was with us; much of which is centered around the great music that she was able to express to the world, and having us feel a certain kind of way while listening to her pour her heart and soul out musically. Lioness will feature 12 tracks, including a substantial amount of new material. The album, which is Winehouse’s third after “Frank” and “Back to Black”, will be released December 5th. Her label, Island Records, said that thisWinehouse album will be just as much a hit as her previous albums…maybe “more of a hit”. Winehouse’s final studio recording, a cover of “Body & Soul” a duet with @TonyBennett will also be on the album. A donation of 1 pound ($1.60) from the sale of each album in the U.K. will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation to assist disadvantaged children and young adults as well as those struggling with substance abuse.

Amy Winehouse passes away at the age of 27.
As many people know, the troubled songstress has battled various addiction problems for years….and I know folks will crack jokes about her “Rehab” song and that fact that she claimed she wasn’t going, but out of respect for a life…may she rest in peace.
